Gordy Carmona who is the son of Tony and Linda Carmona had his 27th birthday today. A little over two years ago Gordy and his family lived in a cardboard box in the woods in Austin, Texas. For just over two years now this small family has been living in one of the recreational vehicles provided by Mobile Loaves & Fishes through its Habitat on Wheels program. This coming Thursday the City of Austin City Council will be voting on providing land to Mobile Loaves & Fishes to build an RV community for people like the Carmona's.
